Also known as blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty is a procedure that reduces excess, hanging skin covering the natural fold of the upper eyelids or loose skin hanging down over the eyelashes reducing vision. If your upper and lower eyelids appear puffy, making you look tired and aged or you have deep grooves under your lower eyelids, blepharoplasty can provide rejuvenation that makes your look more rested and youthful. Scars from blepharoplasty are hidden in your natural eyelid creases, making them almost indiscernible.
Also known as forehead lift
A brow lift is designed to tighten the soft tissues of the forehead to restore a more youthful contour to your forehead skin, eye brows and eye lids. There are various brow-lift methods, which involve different length incisions in different locations and occasionally when minimal elevation is needed an endoscope may be used. A youthful brow at rest is positioned at or above the orbital rim, with a gradual arch laterally, with the lateral end or ‘tail’ of the brow slightly higher than the medial end. If a sagging brow creates an aging facial appearance and inhibits your facial expression, a brow lift can rejuvenating the upper third of your face. Every year, many people undergo brow-lift surgery to achieve a more youthful appearance and are pleased with the results.
